Steel Ball Measuring Diameter
  • Chrome steel balls are made from AISI 52100 Chrome steel.
  • Uniformly hardened and tempered all the way through the ball to achieve maximum strength and quality.
  • Ball hardness is controlled within the 60-67 HRC range as measured on parallel flat surfaces.
  • Ball grades are defined numerically 3 - 2000 (3 being highest quality, 2000 is the lowest)
  • Chrome steel balls are attracted to magnets.
