American Standard ANSI Triplex Connecting Links

Roller chains are used in a wide variety of different machinery in order to transmit power. They can be found in transport, conveyor systems, agricultural machinery and more. Triplex roller chains are made with three sets of rollers and bushes in between four rows of plates, allowing the chain to connect with a sprocket drive.

At Simply Bearings we stock a range of American standard ANSI triplex connecting links - the American standard is one of the most commonly used for roller chains - allowing for the replacement of worn or damaged links. These are fitted using two connecting pins that are riveted to the outer plate and which can be secured using a spring clip. We can also supply links ready to be riveted, as well as cottered, and single and double-cranked links, so you should have no problems finding exactly the right chain links to meet your needs.

The American standard ANSI triplex connecting links that we supply come from a range of top manufacturers including Sedis, Renold and Dunlop and are available for chain pitches (the spacing between links) from 3/8 inch up to 1 inch. You can select the type and pitch of link that you prefer from the drop-down lists at the top of the product category pages on our website.

If you need more information to help you select the right American standard ANSI triplex connecting links for your job you can click the Technical tab on any of the product pages to see full dimensions and a detailed drawing. If you need further assistance just give our customer services team a call or drop them an email and they'll be happy to help.
