Pilot Bore Sprockets

Pilot Bore Sprockets are a vital part of engineering technology, widely used in industrial machinery and chain-driven vehicles. At Simply Bearings we have an extensive range of sockets both large and small, with over 300 available, so you're sure to find the part that you need.

We stock Powerdrive pilot bore sprockets, which are renowned for their durability and value for money. The range includes sprockets from 8 to 114 teeth and which suit any chain pitch from 9.53mm to 38.1mm (3/8 inch to 1-1/2 inches). Although our stock is already competitively priced, with our bulk-discount pricing policy the more you buy, the more you can save.

Small sprockets are usually manufactured from C45 steel, whilst larger sprockets are fabricated in G22 cast iron. Pilot Bore Sprockets allow the end user to machine the bore to suit their needs. The bore then needs a key way to be created and threaded holes made through the boss to secure the sprocket to the shaft. This universal approach is very beneficial, allowing for the matching of off-the-shelf parts rather than expensive bespoke sprocket fabrication. Additionally, the sprockets are in a wide range of British Standard Simplex, Duplex and Triplex sizes, with taper bore variants available as well.

This is just a brief overview of the wide variety of the pilot bore sprockets that we stock, and they couldn't be easier to order. Our online ordering system is entirely safe and secure. We were the first company to sell bearings, oil seals and power transmission products online in the UK, back in 2004. We keep a huge range of products in stock and there's same-day despatch if the order is placed before 4pm. Second-class shipping in the UK is free, and first-class or courier delivery is available at an extra cost. We're very proud of our refund guarantee, and we can handle any size of order from Britain or overseas. If you are unsure about your order, our customer services team will be happy to discuss your requirements with you. You can get in touch by phone or by email if you have any queries about any aspect of your order.
