Some Landxcape strimmer cutting lines are much longer than average, which means less wear on specific parts of the line and can mean fewer breaks, although the line thickness is also important.

Landxcape strimmer parts include two thicknesses of line. It's best to use the thickness recommended for your model of strimmer. 1.5mm line is ideal for most medium-duty garden applications such as weeds, grass and lighter shrubs. Heavier undergrowth needs a thicker line, and a heavier-duty strimmer. LandXcape has a 2mm line for these applications - check the model numbers below to see whether it should be fitted to your strimmer.

Landxcape Strimmer Cutting Lines

The cutting lines in stock include:

RY400, which is the one you need if you own either of the LandXcape models PGT580E or PGT500E. This pack includes a spool and 1.5mm thickness line in lengths of 9m. There are two lines in the pack.

PP182 is a spool and two 4m lines, 1.5mm thickness. This pack is suitable for the CGT18N model.

PP301 is a spool and two 2.5m lines, 1.5mm thickness. This pack is suitable for the GGT350D, GGT3000, GGT3501, PGT300 BD 300W, PGT350, PRT350T and 320M4580 models.

SV600 is a spool and two 4.5m lines, 1.5mm thickness. This pack is suitable for the GGT600L, LX105 model which compares to cat number 7200281.

The SJ201 pack is for heavier applications, as it features a 2mm cutting line (the pack contains two 3m lengths of this line). This spool and line pack is suitable for the SGT34X. You are more likely to be hit by flying debris when strimming with a heavier-duty line, so it may be worth taking a look at our safety gear section and investing in safety goggles or a visor to protect your eyes.
