FKM Rotary Shaft Seals
FKM rubber seals are usually easy to spot by their reddish brown colour, though depending on manufacturer they can also be grey, and they also have a stainless-steel garter spring. They have properties of excellent heat and chemical resistance, which makes them a popular choice for many industrial, automotive, agricultural and other applications. FKM rubber seals are able to withstand temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius (260 degrees for short periods) and down to -30 degrees, all without affecting their elastic properties.
