"What measures have you put in place to protect staff and customers?"
We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to stay open for business during these difficult times.
We have introduced extra sanitizer and more frequent hand washing regimes.
A one-way system around our warehouse so staff are not passing each other.
More frequent sanitizing of door handles, phones and desks.
We have split break times up further so fewer people are together at a given time and we recommend that people sit in their cars over break times where possible.
Our trade counter is now closed to the public inline with Goverment guidelines and our vans are not making deliveries.
"Have you had any cases of the virus in the workplace?"
No, as of today 07/04/2020 we have had no cause for concern over any of our staff's health and are monitoring everyone closely.
"Will your supply chain be affected?"
As transport services shut down our supply chain may be affected, however, we have huge quantities of stock in our warehouse so hopefully, it won't cause too much disruption.
"Can you still ship orders overseas?"
As of today 07/04/2020, and until further notice, we can still ship overseas. International deliveries may suffer the most disruption if freight flights are cancelled.
"Are any mail or carrier services being affected?"
To date, the only carrier to change any of their services is Royal Mail who have removed the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service until further notice.
"Why is your trade counter closed?"
In line with Boris Johnson's recent directive, we have closed our trade counter until further notice.
