Question
“What measures have you put in place to protect staff and customers?”
Answer

We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to stay open for business during these difficult times.
We have introduced extra sanitiser and more frequent hand washing regimes.
A one-way system around our warehouse so staff are not passing each other.
More frequent sanitizing of door handles, phones and desks.
We have split break times up further so fewer people are together at a given time and we recommend that people sit in their cars over break times where possible.
Our trade counter is now open to the public in line with Government guidelines and our vans are now making deliveries.
