A shaft snap ring is made of wire and is designed to fit into a groove on a shaft in order to hold an assembly in place. These rings are used in a wide range of applications, including the automotive sector, farm machinery and in industrial machines and plant. At Simply Bearings our shaft snap rings are high-quality components sourced from a major brand and are manufactured from SAE 1065 carbon spring steel, which is hardened to HRC 40-52 standard.
We can supply shaft snap rings from stock suitable for shaft sizes from 4mm all the way up to 160mm. Inside diameters range from 3.7mm up to 155.8mm, so whatever your application you should be able to find a shaft snap ring from our range to suit your specific needs.
Ordering your shaft snap rings from the Simply Bearings website is a straightforward, safe and secure process. Just select the size of ring that you need from the drop-down menus at the top of the product category page. Once you're on a specific product page, the Technical tab will give you all the data you need on dimensions and tolerances to ensure you're getting exactly the right part. Once you're happy, just select the quantity you need - rings are supplied in pairs - and add it to your basket.
The checkout process is secure, and if you order prior to 4pm we'll send your order out the same day. Second class post is included free of charge on all of our orders, so there's no hidden cost. Of course, if you want to get your order quicker, you can opt for a courier delivery service or first class post at an extra cost. Overseas customers benefit from low-cost delivery services to most parts of the world. You can even collect your order from our warehouse if you want, but you do need to give us a call first to make arrangements.
