Cartridge Units
At Simply Bearings we supply a comprehensive range of cartridge units in a wide variety of standard metric and imperial shaft diameters, from brand names like NSK and RHP. These high quality bearing cartridge units are suitable for use in light and heavy industry such as mining, agricultural and automotive applications, and are a cost effective unit with a replaceable insert. These units can also be relubricated to extend their useful life and are supplied with grub screws or an eccentric collar to allow the cartridge unit to be tightened against the shaft after installation.
These bearing cartridge units are quick and easy to install and are supplied with the flat back bearing already fitted. There's also a grease nipple to allow the unit to be relubricated, and the bearing insert can be simply replaced at end of life without the need to replace the entire cartridge unit. These self-aligning cartridge units are, therefore, a cost effective choice where fixed bearings might normally be used.
Manufactured from strong and durable cast iron, these cartridge units are designed to run at maximum efficiency with an extended product life thanks to the replaceable bearing insert.
