Duplex pilot bore sprockets

Duplex pilot bore sprockets are manufactured with C45 steel. The larger sizes can also be supplied in G22 cast iron. The sprockets allow end users to machine each bore according to their individual application requirements. A key way is broached, whereby the boss will have threaded holes that allow the shaft and sprocket to be secured together. The nominal pilot bore allows users to apply machine tooling to adjust the bore to the necessary size rather than determining the finish of the shaft size.
