Oil Filled Bronze Cored Bars: Made in nominal 108mm (4-1/4") lengths from bronze, graphite and several other metallic powders formed to shape by the sintering process and then soaked in oil. The cored bar permits the end user to machine bushes or profiles to suit their own needs whilst still offering the extended range of applications that the material is particularly suited to. Applications and conditions such as: extreme high/low temperatures1, high/low speed applications, corrosive environments, low maintenance applications etc. 1 These bushes are generally implanted with grease which has a temperature range of -20 to +90 deg C.
