DURBAL Heavy-Duty Maintenance Required Female Rod Ends with Pressed Spherical-Plain Bearing and Seals: Threaded female rod end consisting of a galvanised, tempered, forged steel housing with a steel, hardened, ground, phospated outer ring with oil groove and drill holes and a steel joint ball (Outer ring has a single split from size 15). Outer ring has 2RS lip seals on both sides. Primary application in situations of alternating stresses or impact loads and preferred in situations of large swivelling movements. Made of forged steel, tempered, extremely high loads resistant and protected against corrosion by galvanisation. Rod ends from size 15 can be greased subsequently by means of a funnel-type lubrication nipple, and from size 20 by means of a conical grease nipple. Connection dimensions in accordance with DIN ISO 8139 for pneumatic cylinders. Temperature range: -40 deg C to +200 deg C. Benefits: 2RS lip seals on both sides prevent the penetration of coarse dirt particles inside the bearing
Note: In this particular rod end series, any size under 15mm will not have a grease nipple and will need greasing manually
