Nothing wrong with the product. Everything wrong with the customer relations. The handling, delivery and description of delivery options, and the subsequent handling of my enquiry leave everything to be desired. I placed my order on a Sunday, selected free delivery, described as 1st class post 2-5 days. I received an email the following day (Monday) to say it had been despatched. Excellent I thought. This means posted. 1st class post in anyone's language means next day or the following day delivery. The item arrived one week and a day later.
