Nitrile Rubber O Rings: Probably one of the most widely used and simplest types of seal they are found everywhere from plumbing installations to the space shuttle, they are common in engines and gearboxes, garden hoses, pumps etc. They can be used as face to face seals (like a gasket) or as shaft seals and facilitate both rotary and linear movement. I only wanted two O rings to repair a filter tap so it was great to find a company who supplied small quantities. I had problems determining the correct size but Simply Bearings offer a returns service so eventually I found the correct size and the O rings were dispatched promptly and the refund also dealt with promptly.
