UK307/HE2307 Taper Bore Bearing Insert and Sleeve Fits 1-3/16 inch Shaft

UK200 Series Bearing Insert with Adaptor Sleeve: These bearings have a symmetrically extended inner ring on both sides and a tapered bore enabling them to be mounted on an adaptor sleeve. They can easily be re-lubricated by means of lubrication holes that align with the lubrication grooves in the housing.
Fitting / Adjustments and Removal: Designed to be used in a range of housing types, pillow, oval, square, take-up and round profiles, the fitting and positioning process is very straightforward, simply slide the sleeve into the bearing insert (it will only go through one way leaving the threads protruding), position the lock washer with its locating lug in the groove and tabs facing outwards and then screw on the nut loosely and then position the assembled bearing onto the shaft, once the bearing is in the correct position, simply tighten the locknut to securely clamp the bearing to the shaft. Removal is the reverse of the fitting. As a result of this simple method of securing to the shaft, the bearings can be positioned precisely during installation and easily adjusted afterwards as required.
