The pulleys depending on the size are made from either Aluminium 6082, C45 Steel with black oxide treated surface or Cast Iron EN-GJL-200 and black phosphate. Where applicable flanges are made from S235JR Steel. Timing belt life can be increased with the proper pulley reducing running costs of your machinery.
